Toastedsub: You need to configure FBA to display a correct aspect ratio.

has nothing to do with my fba, my monitor is 1980xbla res so I play widescreen, I also recorded it semi widescreen

3s has a 4:3 aspect ratio. Stretching it looks just wrong.
Video -> Stretch -> Correct aspect ratio
Video -> Monitor properties -> 16:10 if your monitor is 1920x1200, 16:9 if it's 1920x1080
