I’ve been meaning to do some rennovation on the site for a while now and finally got around to it this weekend.  The new layout is designed to make it easier for first time visitors to learn about GGPO.net and give it a try via the emulator.  I managed to save the forums in the upgrade, but unfortunaly the blog history was lost.  Such is life.  Hopefully this will give me an incentive to post much more to replace the lost content.
